| 摘要: | A novel technique for semiconductor quantum dots fabrication is demonstrated. Using the technique of thermal etching or thermal evaporation during molecular beam epitaxial growth with a built-in evaporation mask, semiconductor quantum dots were obtained in a single growth run. |
