摘要: | We propose a novel technique to characterize an electrically tunable liquid-crystal Fabry-Perot interferometer. Only one usual set of a monochromatic light source and an optical power meter is needed. Various characteristic parameters were estimated based on the equivalent refractive index analysis and the measured voltage-dependent transmittance. (C) 1999 John Wiley & Sons, Inc. |
