This study uses slag to substitute for up to 50% of cement by weight to make slag-cement concrete. The specimens were subjected to wet-dry cycle accelerated test for more than one year. The compressive strength, permeability, electrical resistance, concentration of chloride ions, corrosion potential, and pore size distribution were measured at various ages. The test results show that the slag concrete with 20-30% substitution has the best corrosion resistance. (C) 1998 Elsevier Science Ltd.en_US
