| dc.description.abstract | 文化創意產業發展法正式在年初通過，對於台灣的創意市場而言，無疑地是往前跨了一大步，然而許多先進國家近幾年來愈趨重視「文化創意產業」的概念，也是此立法背後的推力之一；台灣以往不論在文化或是創意方面，始終都沒有成為國家的重點發展項目，甚至在拼經濟的口號聲中，許多精神層面的建設，很容易被漠視與遺忘，這也導致台灣在文化創意產業的領域中沒辦法有所突破，而與許多國家出現相當程度的落差。 | zh_TW |
