| 摘要: | 自行照顾年老、生病、失去自理能力的家人，即是所谓家庭照顾者。在少子化与高龄化趋势下，照顾工作便成为家庭沉重负担。然而照顾者却往往有“照顾迷思”，不仅休息权利与工作权受到限制，在长期照顾病人的庞大压力下，若无适当自我照顾，则可能造成“弱弱照顾”情形，甚至是社会悲剧。 |
