| 摘要: | 常常可以看見刊登愛犬走失的尋狗啟事，假如那些主人能夠為愛犬施打晶片，對於找回愛犬一定有相當大的幫助。台灣是全世界唯一強制注射動物晶片的國家，但在動物保護法嚴格實施後，卻不見流浪狗問題有明顯改善。除了政府取締開罰態度鬆散，是否因為許多人對寵物晶片的了解仍然相當陌生呢? |
