| 摘要: | 「社區支持型農業 Community Supported Agriculture (CSA)，是在地飲食運動的一環，最早在一九六零年代的德國、瑞士與日本都有人推動。一九八五年前後也在美國一些比較進步、環保的社區間推動起來。在此系統中，為消費者服務的農夫不是數千公里以外另一個國家的農夫，而是與他們居住在同一個山脈，甚至是同一條流域的農夫，如此能將食物里程控制在一定的距離內，是一種有效率使用能源的方式。」~摘自《向大自然學設計》 |
