| dc.description.abstract | 根據內政部至民國99年底統計，台灣65歲以上老人約248萬多人，占總人口比例兩成左右，已經進入高齡化社會階段。而直至去年底調查，台灣的老人長照及安養機構，共計有1,067所，可提供約五萬六千多人進住，而實際進住的人數約四萬多人，使用率達到七成四左右，較前年增加了1.69個百分點。其中，以照顧生活自理能力缺損，並且無技術性護理服務需求老人的「養護型機構」使用率最高。顯示出台灣民眾對於老人福利機構服務的龐大需求。 | zh_TW |
