| 摘要: | 觀光工廠近年來如雨後春筍般地出現在台灣各地。全台推過認證的觀光工廠共有83家，去年全台觀光工廠更高達650萬參訪人次，觀光工廠的數量與其帶來的龐大效益已不容小覷，品質的維持正考驗著輔導人員的專業性與廠商合作溝通的能力。 |
