dc.description.abstract | A front-end circuit of 24 GHz FMCW Radar system has been developed in this thesis. It is applied in the vehicle anti-collision mechanism. This FMCW Radar consists of the 6 GHz voltage control oscillator (VCO), the frequency doubler, the power amplifier, the 24 GHz low noise amplifier (LNA). Finally, we integrated the RF circuits to measure and make sure the radar detection ability can be achieved to 40 meters. | en_US |
