dc.description.abstract現代科技的發展迅速,許多電子器材對於方便性及操作性的要求愈來愈高,在生醫工程領域亦是如此。在這樣的要求下,無線變成了現代儀器最基本的配備,醫療人員也可以因為系統的設計而提高診斷上的效率。也隨著這樣的發展,病患在被量測及診斷時也會要求更多的舒適度及心理上的尊重。基於以上需求,於是展開了本論文的研究,論文中提出了一種可以快速設置心電圖電極的載板,使得量測心電圖時可以更快的完成前置作業。而硬體電路的設計輕便且搭配無線傳輸,這提高了裝置的可攜性而增加受測者的活動空間。另外軟體演算法中採用獨立成份分析法(Independent Component Analysis, ICA)[33]可有效降低動態量測時的活動產生的訊號漂移,因此增加了心電圖診斷上的便利性與可靠性。在本論文提出的十二導程心電圖系統大小限制在7x7x2.5公分,重量為127克重,3.3V的工作電壓且使用鋰電池的情況下連續量測時間可達八小時。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractDue to the rapidly expanded modern science and technology, the requirements of convenience, user-friendly and easy handling was speedily raised on the area of electronic devices and also biomedical engineering. Therefore, wireless data transmission become basic modern instrumentation essentials and is able to improve the efficiency of the medical diagnoses. Furthermore, the requirements of comfort, respect and mentality are also demanded from patients in the modern treatment. Based on these requirements, in this thesis, a wireless ECG recording/ analysis system was developed with rapid-set-up electrode patch to achieve the problems described above. Comparing to previous works, the setup time of the proposed rapid-set-up electrode patch ECG system could be reduced significantly. Also, the miniaturized hardware with wireless design could be used to enhance patients’ mobility with ease. Additionally, independent component analysis (ICA) method was applied in the ECG analysis which can efficiently reduce the signal drift problem caused in dynamic recording environment and thus improve the reliability and convenience. Finally, a wireless 12-lead ECG recording/ analysis system was fully implemented with size 7cm x 7cm x 2.5cm, weight 127g and a 3.3V rechargeable Li battery which had been successfully tested for 8 hour practical measurement.en_US
