dc.description.abstract本研究針對最近幾年發展迅速的TFT-LCD產業,此產業具有景氣變化快速以及對於時效要求的產業特性。在特殊的營運模式下,探討建置一套電子化採購系統,以自動化採購作業模式來取代傳統人工作業方式,在內部運用企業資源規劃進行協調、整合及資料交換,再結合企業外部資源達成供應鏈管理,透過網際網路之電子化採購平台,進行電子數據交換,達到訊息快速更新,即時掌握供應鏈資訊的變化,如採購資料交換、庫存量確認、交期管理、異常追蹤管理及查詢付款狀況等企業對企業(B2B)關係之研究。研究過程中透過雛型系統的建置,參考TFT-LCD產業的特殊需求,建構符合TFT-LCD產業的系統,再以個案公司A為例,進行系統驗證,評估導入電子化採購系統後所產生之具體效益及可能達成的目標,在採購績效方面發現可節省作業時間、降低採購成本、降低庫存成本、提高交期掌握度、降低資料錯誤率、簡化採購作業、提高資訊透明度與提高採購作業執行力等有、無形效益之評估,以作為其他產業及後續研究的參考價值。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractThis research focus on develops fast TFT-LCD industry to recent years, this industry has prosperous changes fast and timing industry characteristic required to prescribe, under the special operation model , a set of E-Procurement of construction , replace the traditional labor operation way by purchasing model in automation, use enterprise resource planning to coordinate , integration and information exchange on the inside , combine enterprise outside resources to reach supply chain management , purchase the platform through internet , and then, carry on electronic data interchange , it is fast newer that reach information, grasp the information change which supplies chain immediately, the research to the relation of business to business, such as data exchanged, the stock quantity confirm , goods delivery management , unusually following traced management and account payment inquired. through the construction of the prototype system in this research, consult the special demand of TFT-LCD industry, build and construct the system which accords with TFT-LCD industry, a case study of company A as an example and then , verify the system, evaluation concrete benefit and goal that may be reached produced after implement E-procurement, finding tangible and intangible benefit in purchasing performance that can saving working time, reduce the purchase cost, reduce the stock cost, improve goods delivery in a rate of accuracy, rate of data mistake decreased , simplifying purchase process, improving the transparency of information , improving purchase execute ability etc., in order to be regarded as other same industry and reference value of follow-up study.en_US
