摘要: | 摘要 提高生产良率来降低生产成本支出并且提升产品品质,一直是产业界致力追求的目标。在生产制作过程中所产生的不良,可能源自于设计、制程、零件、测试、操作人员等因素所导致。而测试是确保产品品质的重要步骤,负责检验产品在测试之前所经过程的成果,测试结果的正确与否将影响对整个产品制作过程的评价。 无线网路卡是现今迈入无线网路世界之重要产品,广泛被应用于笔记型电脑做为其与无线基地台间之连结。无线网路卡之传输功率为衡量其功能重要之品质特性,传输功率的测试由于涉及高频讯号易受外在环境影响之敏感特性,加上其测试设备由多种装置组成,因此常有误判情形发生,为求准确衡量此一品质特性以改善误判,本研究经由与设计、制程及生产工程人员讨论找出影响功率测试结果之主要因子,应用田口玄一博士所发展的动态参数设计方法,得到无线网路卡功率测试设备组成之最佳配置,此最佳配置可降低因机台设定的差异所造成的误判。 本文藉由新竹工业区某公司的实例说明本个案无线网路卡功率测试之改善情况,找出测试设备较佳组成,将功率测试不良所占比率由60%降低至17%,有效地提高生产良率与降低成本。 ABSTRACT To reduce production cost and increase quality by improving production yield is always being the goal of industry. Failures in production process may come from design, process, component, test and operator. Test is critical step to guarantee product quality, which will judge the whole result before test. The accuracy of test result will firmly effect the evaluation of production process. Wireless network card is important in modern wireless world and has been extensively applied in laptop to connect wireless station. Transmission power is major quality characteristic of wireless network card. Due to sensitivity of radio frequency and the test equipment is composed of several devices, the transmission power is misjudged frequently. In order to measure this characteristic correctly, we discussed with engineering staff such as RD, PE, MFG engineer to find out main effective factors of testing during manufacturing process, and applied dynamic parameter design method developed by Dr. Genichi Taguchi to acquire optimal factor combination of testing equipment through experiment. We also determine optimal installation after confirmation experiment. The misjudgement from different installation and synchronizing test result is reduced. This study demonstrates a real case that applied Taguchi’s approach to improve power test of wireless network card by acquiring better composition of test equipment. The power related failure rate is reduced from 60% to 17%; thereby production yield is improved and cost is reduced. |
