dc.description.abstract | 消費性電子產品是現今電子產業中面臨景氣波動衝擊影響甚鉅的產業之一,而傳統供應鏈管理庫存量的水位通常是決定於預測,這樣的作法經常會造成供應鏈上囤積大量的存貨,但也造成某些客戶所需要的產品無法即時供應。為解決此困難,本研究將採取限制理論『拉』式系統﹙Demand-pull﹚與緩衝管理﹙Buffer management﹚作為改善個案公司耳機訂單履約之機制,並以歷史資料之模擬來佐證在限制理論的管理方式下不僅可以降低整體庫存水平更可以滿足不同區域客戶的需求。 | zh_TW |
dc.description.abstract | Consumer electronic product is affected by boom fluctuation very huge in current environment. Beside, the inventory level depends upon the accuracy of forecast in traditional inventory control and supply chain management - such kind of management thinking brings high inventory stock in whole supply chain but low fulfillment and service level to the downstream customer. To overcome the predicament, will use the concept of 「Demand-Pull」and 「Buffer-Management」in Theory of Constraint (TOC) to verify the feasibility against “L” brand headset product. The historical data ranges from Jun’08 to Dec’08 and the simulation of 「Demand-Pull」and 「Buffer-Management」will be the control group comparing with four performance indexes in current operation mode. | en_US |
