摘要: 筆記型電腦代工在近幾年來已是非常成熟的產業,有著高需求量卻伴隨著低毛利率。在高度競爭的環境中,在顧及品質的前提下,各大代工廠莫不以較低的代工價格來取得市場,也因此製造費用的控管影響著代工廠的獲利情況,也是每個筆記型代工廠所必要專注的議題。所以生產問題的有效解決,能使生產更流暢,也減低了非生產性工時的浪費。 本研究利用系統化創新方法,透過個案公司實際案例,在客製化生產模式中,因為物料料號維護與補料作業而產生的中斷,造成的生產損失,卻因為生產空間的不足而無法加以擴充,導致補料作業人員要更時時刻刻專注在物料需求的變化上,以求降低生產的損失。運用TRIZ的方法解決模式,發展出解決方案,在有限的空間中創造出在既有的生產空間下,滿足物料架位的空間需求,以解決生產損失的問題。
In recent years, laptop ODM has been a mature industry, there is a high demand was accompanied by lower gross margin. In a highly competitive environment, taking into account the quality of the premise, the major foundries did not dare to get a better price to the ODM domain, and therefore manufacturing overhead control impact on company profitability. Each laptop ODM must focus on the issue. Therefore, effective solutions to production problems, can produce more fluid, also reduced the waste of non-productive hours. In this study, to apply TRIZ approach, through actual case, the CTO mode production interrupted caused by materials part number maintenance issue, and resulting in production losses. And because of the lack of production space and the space cannot be expanded, resulting in materials replenishment operator always be more focus on demand for material on order to reduce production losses. To apply TRIZ method to solve the issue, developing a solution to fulfill the materials location requirement under the limited space.
