dc.description.abstract	在本篇論文□，我們提出一個新的數位化類比動態測試方法，它主要是以IEEE std. 1149.4 所提出的DFT架構為基礎。我們所提出的方法是利用一對比較器去對一個待測的三角波信號取樣，經過統計比較器的輸出結果得到相關的機率，利用機率及統計的觀念分析這些機率值，最後得到待測信號的振幅與偏壓電壓值，經由程式的模擬我們驗證了這個測試方法是可行的。	zh_TW
