摘要: | 近年來TFT-LCD產品應具有輕、薄、省能源、低輻射之優點,已被視為主流顯示技術,所以市場需求量愈來愈多,造成面板生產工廠都在設法創造出最大的產能,讓公司可以在景氣循環往上揚的大好情況下先賺滿荷包。然而像這樣大好的機會是可遇不可求,所以各工廠平時一直在找尋與研究如何讓工廠的產能可以提升的方法。由於I公司工廠內Thin Film區設備產出一直偏低,但Idle Time卻偏高,於是推論可能是自動搬運系統(AMHS)搬運不及所導致,本研究應用限制理論的基礎原理,先收集製造執行系統(MES)與自動搬送系統….等系統的數據來加以分析,試圖找出自動搬運系統的瓶頸所在,再探討如何控制搬送需求數量,並且設計出新的派工法則及推估設備閒置時間的公式,融入設備生產Cycle中,來增進I公司自動搬運系統的派工效率,使得Thin Film區設備可以降低Idle Rate,進而提昇Thin Film區設備產能。 In recent days, Thin Film Transistor – Liquid Crystal Display (hereinafter referred to “TFT-LCD”) product have several advantages: lightness, thinness, power-save, low radiation. They are already are treated as the mainstream display technology and make more and more market demand. This causes TFT-LCD Fab to devise a way for making the maximum capability. Let the enterprise make a great profit when the up term of business cycle comes. However, the good chance is never discouraged to meet. Each TFT-LCD Fab always try to find out the best ways to improve Fab productivity. Due to the performance of AMHS is not good, the output of the equipments in Thin Film area are too low, but the idle time is too long. This research collect the data from Automatic Material Handling System and Manufacturing Execution System first, then analyze them to try to find out the bottleneck of the system by using Theory of Constraint, and confer how to control the transportation request amount to design the new dispatching logic to improve the dispatching performance of Automatic Material Handling System in “I” corporation. We hope to reduce the idle rate and to raise the output of the equipments in Thin Film area. |
