摘要: | 由於近年來全球氣候變遷,台灣也受到氣候急遽變遷影響,由於變遷加劇,台灣面臨的天然災害會更多,包括地震、颱風及水災。種種的現象皆因於碳排放引起的暖化所致,所以提倡節能低碳為地球降溫運動,已是全球刻不容緩的共同運動, 從1997年的《京都議定書》到2009年的哥本哈根會議,環保與節能減碳的議題引起全球廣泛的討論,不論政府或企業、人民都相當重視,顯示愛地球環保意識日漸建構於每一個世界公民的生活之中,由於全球暖化問題日益嚴重,也導致人類空前的浩劫,因而節能減碳變成了挽救地球刻不容緩的工作。節能減碳不僅是政府的工作,也是全民的工作,希望共同來創造低碳家園。全球暖化的元兇來自於過高的二氧化碳排放,而二氧化碳的產生來自於能源的過度消耗,例如煙囪林立工業區,及無所不在汽機車、輪船、飛機。所以如何減少或降低交通工具的碳排放成了當前重要課題,如今電動助力自行車已成為自行車工業的未來主流,其節能減碳的特質,可以為近距離(< 10 km)的上班族提供最佳的代步工具,為擴大使用族群,本文期許以中距離( 40 ~ 100 km)的續航力為主要目標,設計並製作出一輛” 整合電動輔助腳踏車 ”,期望為達成節能減碳的生活盡棉薄之力。同時,其次要目標為創造一款兼具交通代步與運動健身功能的智慧型電動助力腳踏車。 Recently, because of global warming, Taiwan also influenced by this effect. Because it is changed too fast, Taiwan is forced to face more and more disaster as earthquake, typhoon and flood. All of above disasters are consequence of the dioxide emission, Therefore, reducing the amount of dioxide in order to decrease the Earth temperature is global issue. Since 1997 “ The Kyoto Protocol ” to 2009 Copenhagen conference, the environmental protection and the energy conservation are lead to widely discuss about the carbon reduction, no matter it is government ,enterprise, or people should have to take it seriously. Because the global warming problem is more and more serious, it is also the reason of unpredictable typhoon, reducing dioxide is an urgent problem for the world. This action is not only taken by government but also all the people. Global warming effect is caused of dioxide, and the dioxide emission, and the dioxide is produced by energy excessive consumption. For example, there are huge amount of chimneys stand on the Industrial zone, and engine exhausting of ships and airplanes. Therefore, reducing the dioxide emission is very important, so now the electric bicycle has become one solution. It has a special characteristic that reduce the carbon special characteristic that it can reduce the dioxide emission, For the short distance (< 10 km) it is the best transport way. This thesis provide a design which has an endurance of middle distance (40 ~ 100 km), and achieves the energy conservation to reduce dioxide emission at same time. Furthermore, the other goal is to produce a bicycle which functions of both transportation and fitness. In this thesis, another aspect of bicycle is mentioned here, health bicycle.
