摘要: | 本研究為提出一個新式的非侵入式無線眼壓監控系統,利用眼壓變動造成角膜曲率變化的關係,以隱形眼鏡和感測電感量測角膜曲率半徑,如此便可以間接量測到眼壓的變動,接著由振盪電路轉換感測電感值至靈敏度高的頻率訊號並發送出,而外部讀取器將接收此眼壓變動訊號來實現無線的眼壓監控系統。系統設計中將包含無線傳能系統,由外部讀取器供應隱形眼鏡感測器回傳感測資訊所需之能量,因此可達到被動式隱形眼鏡感測器的設計,以提供一個更舒適的測量環境。由模擬及實驗結果可以得到此眼壓量測系統靈敏度理論值為2.4 mV/mmHg,將會比其它隱形眼鏡式眼壓感測器擁有更高的量測靈敏度以及眼壓解析能力。在此研究中將完成此無線眼壓感測系統之雛形電路,並進行動態及靜態的壓力量測實驗,以做為整個系統的可行性驗證。 The purpose of this thesis is to propose a new-type non-invasive wireless intraocular pressure (IOP) monitoring system. Use the relation of IOP variation to cause curvature radius change of cornea, then take the contact lens and sensing inductor to measure cornea curvature radius, therefore we can obtain the IOP variation indirectly. Then transforms sensing inductance value to the high sensitivity frequency signal by oscillator circuit, and transmits outside of contact lens. The external reader will receive this IOP variation signal to achieve the wireless IOP monitoring system. In the system design will contain the wireless powering capability, it’s used to supply contact lens sensor required energy that feedback sensing signal, therefore achieve the passive contact lens sensor element design, and provides more comfortable IOP measurement environment. We obtain ideal sensitivity value of this IOP measurement system is 2.4 mV/mmHg from simulation and experimental, compares to other contact lens IOP sensing system to be able to have the higher sensing sensitivity and IOP analysis ability. In this research, we will complete primitive circuit of this IOP monitoring system, and execute dynamic and static pressure measure experiment for overall system’s feasible verification. |
