摘要: 本研究主要在探討混合兩種成份之活性助銲劑添加對SAE 1020低碳鋼銲道形態之影響與作用機制。實驗材料選用SAE 1020低碳鋼,活性助銲劑選用Fe2O3、SiO2、MnO2、MgCO3交叉混合方式調配,銲接方法採用不加填料金屬的氬氣保護鎢極電弧銲來進行Bead-on-plate實驗。經由實際銲接比較後,得出最佳之銲劑配方以助於銲接時得到最窄與最深之銲道。
The purpose of this research is to study the effect of adding several oxide fluxes on the SAE 1020 carbon steel weldment using Gas Tungsten Arc Welding (GTAW) Process. The fluxes included Fe2O3, SiO2, MnO2, MgCO3, and combination of each two.
