晶圓代工廠共用維修零件庫存之研究-以T公司為例

Abstract

晶圓代工是國內最熱門的產業之一，但是在競爭激烈的環境下，各廠紛紛尋找降低成本的解決方案，其中零件庫存問題的重要性也逐漸浮現出來。由於晶圓廠製程複雜、設備精密度高、維修零件昂貴及其採購前置時間的不易控制等因素，都使得零件的存貨金額居高不下。 本研究以各案探討的方式，以台灣某晶圓代工廠為例，探討在4座同性質的8吋晶圓廠中，改變其維修零件庫存集中程度對庫存成本的影響，同時在不改變服務水準的條件下，尋找最低的總庫存成本，並協助業者在考量本身庫存的現實環境下時，做出最有利的庫存決策方式。

Semiconductor foundry industry is one of the most popular businesses in Taiwan. In serious competition environment, each of companies tries to fine the best solutions to reduce their inventory cost, so inventory control of spare parts became the one of the most important activities for those companies. Due to the complex process, high precision machines, expensive spare parts, and unstable purchasing lead-time in this industry, it made these companies with high inventory. This research is a case study of the manufacture in Taiwan who is specialized in IC foundry. This study aims to find the relationship of inventory cost of spare pats when we change centralizing ratio of spare parts location. In the meantime, we study to find the lowest inventory cost without change service level. According to themselves condition, we hope this study can help to make a good decision to fit them.
