dc.description.abstract | 包裝是產品商品化不可或缺的關鍵要素之一,經由產品綠色包裝設計,不僅能減少廢棄物的產生,也能減少包裝材料、運輸、倉儲等成本,更能提升企業形象,創造業者及環境雙贏的效益。由於國際間環保潮流與意識的興起,如何使產品符合環保概念及減少對環境生態污染的衝擊已成為當務之急,而近年來綠色包裝與永續發展已成為包裝產業發展的重要議題。品質機能展開(Quality Function Deployment, QFD)是將顧客的聲音轉換成適當的工程需求,目的在使產品的設計開發及製造規劃、生產等一連串活動,皆能以滿足顧客之需求為導向,進行產品設計開發等一連串的活動,而發明性問題解決理論(Theory of Inventive Problem Solving, TRIZ)則是一套有系統的產品創新方法,結合此兩種方法不但能夠創造符合顧客需求又能確保其創新的可行性。有鑑於此,本研究將整合上述方法,以筆記型電腦為例,透過Kano模式問卷方式收集顧客需求屬性,以綠色設計主要思維中的3R(Reduce、Reuse與Recycle)原則作為概念,在產品開發階段中利用品質機能展開將顧客需求及環境考量因素展開為技術需求並找出可能遇到工程上的衝突,參考矛盾矩陣找出對應的TRIZ發明原則,並選取適當的發明原則來設計產品,研究成果顯示井字包裝設計在材料用量減少45.79%;組裝時間減少61.9%;包裝成本降低6.72%;運輸成本降低18.89%,由此可見,井字包裝設計確實能夠減少筆記型電腦在包裝上過度耗用的資源,達成節約資源與保護環境之目的。 | zh_TW |
dc.description.abstract | Packaging is one of the indispensable key factors of product commercialization. Green packaging design can reduce not only waste but also the cost of packaging materials, transportation and storage. Besides, the enterprise may raise its image, and create the win-win benefit for both business and environment. Since the trend and consciousness of environment protection has emerged among global nations, how to make products environmentally friendly and lower impact of pollution on environment and ecology has been an urgent issue. As a result, green packaging and sustainable development have been an important issue for the package industry in recent years. Quality function deployment (QFD) is a method to transform user demands into design quality, to deploy the functions forming quality, and to deploy methods for achieving the design quality into subsystems and component parts, and ultimately to specific elements of the manufacturing process. The TRIZ theory is a systematic method for research and development of new products. Combining these two methods can not only create meets customer demand but also ensure the feasibility of innovative. Therefore, this research integrates the above two methods and takes the notebook packaging as an example. In order to achieve the goals of resource saving and environment protection by reducing over-consumption on notebook packaging, this research is based on 3R concept, using Kano model to collect the attributes of customer demand, then QFD is used to point out some conflict while implementing new product deployment, and choosing the appropriate TRIZ innovation principles to design new product according to the contradictions matrix. The results of this research show that the new packaging design can reduce 45.79% in material usage, 6.72% in package cost, 61.9% in operation time, and 18.89% in transportation cost. | en_US |
