摘要: 隨著網路日趨發達,資訊系統的架構從單機電腦、主從架構(Client-Server)到現在的網路架構;開發團隊的組成人員也從清一色專業背景類似的工程人員,到現在結合程式設計、視覺設計、網頁設計、專案管理等多重專業的組合。隨著資訊及知識的日趨豐富及多元化取得管道,客戶對資訊系統能否符合需求的期望也有所提升。 本研究針對Web化資訊系統的建置方法進行深入分析與探討,並且以個案I公司所承接資訊系統之實作經驗為驗證,嘗試在資訊系統的建置方法中,納入客戶端的組織經營、運作環境、利害關係人需求、使用者感受、後續維護等不同面向的考量,搭配理性的系統輔助感性的創作,設計出更優質的系統。研究結果顯示I公司應用本研究方法所開發的資訊系統,除滿足成本、時間與品質基本需求外,也讓客戶感受到產品價值的提升。
As networking technology becomes more developed, the structure of information systems evolves from the stand-alone computers, client-server architecture to the current network-based infrastructure. Development team members also transits from all-similar engineers to a combination of multi-professional programmers, visual designers, web designers, and project managers. With richer and easily accessible information and knowledge, customers have higher expectations on the compliance of requirements for information systems. In this research, the implementation methodology of web-based information system is analyzed and discussed in depth. While implementing information systems, the case-study company (I-company) takes into account the customer’s organization management, operating environment, stakeholder needs, user experience, and the after-sale maintenance. The experience of I-company is verified, and the results show the methodology from this research not only meets the basic requirements of cost, time and quality, but also allows customers to appreciate the enhanced product value.
