狹小巷道火災搶救之研究-以苗栗縣為例

Abstract

隨著經濟產業的發達及社會結構的變遷，都市化的情形日益嚴重，而隨著都市中人口的不斷增加，致使都市中的活動呈現多樣化及密集化的發展，使得土地的使用密度增加與不相容的土地使用亦大量增加，民眾居住房屋密度極高，使得都市中火災的發生比例逐年增高，進而危及都市中民眾的生命及財產安全，都會區中處處可見狹窄的巷道，藉由本研究分析狹小巷道火災之危害及如何有效提昇狹小巷道火災搶救之效能，降低民眾生命財產安全之損失，並作為行政機關行政施政之參考依據。

While the economical industry developed and social structure changed, the urbanization situation got more serious day by day. Since the population in metropolis increased unceasingly, the activities in metropolis became highly diverse and dense, causing the increase of density in land use and the use of incompatible land. The extremely high density of populace residential building made the occurrence proportion of metropolis fire increased in each year, and thus endangered the life and property of populace in metropolis. Because urban narrow alley can be seen everywhere in metropolis, this study analyzed the danger of urban narrow alley fire and the way to increase the efficiency of urban narrow alley fire fighting, to reduce the loss of populace personal safety and property, and to be the reference of administrative policy of administrative organizations.
