以科技接受模式探討採用網路電話交換系統之因素-以中小企業為例

Abstract

網際網路的快速發展，對於以微利生存的中小企業提供與大公司有著相同成本競爭機會。經由網際網路發展後，網路電話比傳統電話便宜，更進階功能的網路電話交換機(IPPBX)，更可跨國界，無特定電信業者(ISP)的持性，迅速在市場上成長。

本研究是以科技接受模式、創新擴散理論，研究中小企業對於網路電話交換機(IPPBX)的採用及使用行為進行研究。其目的是想了解中小企業，對於網路電話交換機(IPPBX)的導入、運作和使用前後成效之評比。並了解網路電話交換機替代傳統電話交換機，從導入、接受及擴散的因素。

本研究以網通業的中小企業導入後，進行實際問卷分析的結果，依據分析結果提供給有意佈建及相關領域之業者予以參考。

With the fast development of the Internet, it offers a solution with the same cost competition between SME and large corporation. After the development of Internet, VoIP is becoming more popular as well as its cost is also cheaper than PSTN while making calls. By using an advanced IPPBX system, it’s easily connecting to the world without any specific worldwide ISPs restrictions. Hence, this rapidly grows in the market.

This study is in accordance with TAM and DIT to explore the behavior of SME while adopting the IPPBX system. The main purpose of this study is to understand how the IPPBX system works and its outputs after it is being implemented at SME as well as knowing the factors of implementation, acceptance and diffusion after changing the telephony system from the ordinary PBX to IPPBX.

This study comes from some SME in networking industry after implementing the IPPBX system and doing survey. According to its analysis, it provides the people who are in the related fields or would like to have it deployed for reference.
