dc.description.abstract | 高功率的光纖雷射對於薄模板切割的應用中,是一個相當好的一個工具。針對切割表面的品質和鋼板厚度之間的關聯性,也考慮雷射在切割時,鋼板上所造成的熱影響區域。改變雷射頻率,並利用傅立葉轉換來分析切割表面的效果。本論文說明,光纖雷射切割不鏽鋼鋼板之最佳參數有噴嘴孔徑為0.75mm、輔助氣體為氧氣和氣體壓力在15kgf/cm2時,切割效果較佳。 | zh_TW |
dc.description.abstract | High power single mode fiber lasers are an excellent tool for thin stencil cutting. We correlate the cut surface quality with the stainless steel thickness. Also the laser operating conditions to minimize Heat Affected Zone (HAZ) in stainless steel are reported. By using the method of Fourier transform, we analyzed the experimental results of the stainless steel surfaces that cut with different laser duration. This paper shows the influence on the parameters of cutting the stainless steel with diode pumped fiber lasers. We have developed advanced technology applying fiber laser to cut stainless steel, and found more efficient cutting result is available by choosing the nozzle with aperture 0.75mm, oxygen as supplementary gas, and keeping gas pressure at 15 kgf/cm2. | en_US |
