摘要: 中文摘要 本篇論文提出兩種創新的設計分別應用於Wi-Max的單極四頻天線與可應用於生醫電子的軟性基板製程技術。Wi-Max是Worldwide Interoperability for Microwave Access的縮寫,一般中譯為「全球互通微波存取」,是一種新興的無線通訊技術,這項技術的標準規格又稱為IEEE802.16x,又稱為第四代行動通訊技術。而生醫電子為下一個重要的技術,結合醫療與電子產業帶給人類無窮的健康希望。 單極四頻段天線是利用非對稱的共面式波導饋入的設計精簡尺寸。這個天線是結合反向C架構和反向C狹縫與一個修改後的反向F架構組成。它可以操作在全球衛星定位、藍芽與全球互通微波存取的應用上。 微機電軟性基板製程技術應用於天線設計系利用二甲基矽氧烷與負光阻Su-8製程製作一個軟性基板,並於上方設計一個簡易的patch形式的天線,量測其彎曲所產性的影響與效應。
This paper proposed two objects, a compact quad band monopole antenna for Wi-Max application and the study of the flexible antenna using mems (Micro Electro Mechanical Systems) procedure for Bioelectronics application. Wi-Max (Worldwide Interoperability for Microwave Access) is a novelty wireless communication technology as known as IEEE802.16x and also called the 4-G (Forth Generation). Bioelectronics, the important technology of the next decade, combined electronic with medical treatment makes people having hope of health. Asymmetric coplanar strip feeding is applied in the compact quad band monopole antenna in order to compact the size. The proposed antenna is composed by an invert-C slot and a modified invert-F strip into an invert-C patch. The antenna operates in GPS, WLAN, Bluetooth/ISM and Wi-MAX applications. The flexible memes fabricated procedure technology uses the Polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) and the negative photoresist SU8 which is fabricated as a flexible substrate in antenna application. In the proposed project, we provided a simple patch antenna on the flexible substrate composed by PDMS and negative photoresist SU8. The effects caused by bending the antenna have been measured and discussed in the paper.
