dc.description.abstract本研究使用有限元素模擬軟體ABAQUS 針對一複雜外型的相機 外殼殼件之板液壓成型做有限元素分析,以板件之厚度分佈情形作為 依據,改變各項製程參數如:壓料板力、液壓力歷程、料片尺寸與修 改小部分模具外形,並使用多種材料(ASUS304、A1050 及鈦鋁複合 板材)來探討其對於成形性之影響。 首先將由材料試驗得到各種板材之材料機械性質帶入有限元素 模形,建構出一個具有多階段成形之板液壓模形,並透過實驗與模擬 結果之對照,驗證模型之準確度。之後針對各項製程參數作探討,並 適當的修改模具外型來改善板料的流動性,增加其成形性,得到一強 度符合需求之成品。最後製作出新的模具外型並帶入修改後製程參數, 透過實驗驗證,修改後之模具外型與製程參數確實對於改善成形性有 所幫助。zh_TW
