dc.description.abstract本論文第二章利用芘(pyrene)取代PCBM (PC70BM)上苯環之結構,來觀察化合物是否會因為共軛系統的增加而造成紫外—可見光光譜有所變化,並討論其他光電性質的異同;另外,過去文獻提到溶解度增加對於光電轉換效率有所提升,故本論文嘗試改變化合物碳鏈的長度以增加製作元件時的溶解度。本論文也有對單取代和雙取代的之間的光電性質進行探討。另外,第二章中有一部分提及碳六十與炔類和三級膦之反應,主要是要研究其產物之結構分析。 此外,本論文第三章則是利用不同二嗪(diazine)結構與碳六十反應,形成八圓環的開洞富勒烯。之後,將其中一個八圓環富勒烯進行進一步的擴環反應,使氫氣或水等小分子可以進入富勒烯中,形成內包小分子之開洞富勒烯,來進行其物理或化學性質之探討。 最後,第四章為利用鎳金屬與亞胺和碳六十進行催化反應,探討其可能的反應機制以及利用光譜來解釋其形成的產物之結構。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractWe substituted phenyl group for pyrenyl on PCBM to observe possible changes of electrical properties. Solubility is very important issue for enhancing power conversion efficiency, so we try to increase the long alkyl chains to improve the solubility of C60 derivatives. We synthesize eight-membered ring compounds with different diazine for observation of electrical properties changes. In addition, one of the eight-membered ring compound was enlarged for inserting small molecules as H2 and H2O. Finally, we find out successfully a nickel catalyst to react C60 with imines. And we find no influence on absorption wavelength with change of functional group on benzene or sulfonylamide from UV—vis spectrum.en_US
