dc.description.abstract  本研究為「海運資訊系統績效評估之研究」,係以了解目前主要資訊系統於顧客心目中之表現與提出改善建議為主要研究方向,最後提出未來可能面臨之發展情況與研究方向。   本研究經由文獻回顧與海運資訊流程歸納各供應鏈成員之需求,並將之設計為19項問項,針對海運供應鏈各成員進行重要-績效分析法(IPA)調查,以期了解各成員對於資訊提供項目之重要性以及滿意度。之後為針對三大資訊系統進行績效評估,以及了解三大資訊系統之相對績效,本研究將重要-績效分析法(IPA)中之問項進行歸納與轉換,並配合專家學者之訪談結果以及文獻回顧,整理為三大構面:「安全與技術」、「服務」與「費用與付費型態」。而三大構面中又各包含了三項指標,共計九項指標。由於海運供應鏈之資訊作業繁雜,因此九項指標內皆包含廣大內容。為深入了解三大資訊系統與九項指標中是否有需要改善或維持之部分,本研究再將九項指標拆解,成為十九項指標細項,針對個別資訊系統進行滿意度調查。   經過專家學者之意見填寫後,構面方面以「安全與技術」構面最高,其次為「服務」構面以及「費用與付費型態」。指標方面則以「1-3權限與隱私」之相對權重為最高,其次為「1-1認證公信力」、「2-1資訊提供」以及「1-2系統維護」。在各資訊系統之相對績效表現中,以MTNet最佳,關貿網路緊追在後,而航網科技較為落後。MTNet之使用者對於該系統之關務以及簽證服務、貨況追蹤以及介面設計、填寫方便性以及系統恢復能力不甚滿意;而關貿網路在於港務服務、費用合理性與費用接受程度等表現不佳;航網科技則是需再設法提升品牌知名度以增加競爭力。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractThis article presents the demand from the customers in marine supply chain and provides suggestions for marine information systems. The proposed methodology consists of three parts: (i) preliminary screening of the demands from customers, (ii) Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA), and (iii) analytic network process (ANP)-based evaluation. This thesis reviewed and collected demands from customers and services from marine information systems. The results of information collection were modified into the Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) questionnaire. Then we followed the opinion from experts and compared with the result from IPA as the input of the structure of analytic network process (ANP) model. This model consists of three dimensions, and each dimensions involves three enablers. The results of this article indicate that safety and technology is the most important dimension, which influences the final evaluation. This approach also enables the marine information systems to better understand the requirements from their users, which may subsequently improve the reliability of the decision and their advantages.en_US
