dc.description.abstract | 現今有許多不同的體積影像顯影技術,但大部份只針對一組體積影像做繪圖,同時對多組的體積影像做顯影的系統比較少見。本篇論文主要為實作一個多重體積影像顯影系統,並且運用在神經的體積影像顯影上。在神經的體積影像上,特別需要能夠同時繪出多組體積影像,以方便使用者觀察與比較。我們使用其中一種顯影技術,texture-based 體積影像顯影來實作我們的系統,可同時載入多組體積影像做繪圖動作,並加上深度強化、Transfer function、光照明暗、非擬真顯像等即時效果,加強我們對不同的體積影像的觀察,以達到快速且準確的多重體積影像顯影系統。 | zh_TW |
dc.description.abstract | There are many volume rendering systems nowadays. Most of them render a single volume data at a time. Few of these systems provide function that renders only two or more volume data at the same time. In this thesis, we build a texture-based multi-volume visualization system that renders up to six channel volume image. The system is applied to render volume images of neurons. To enhance the neuron in each volume, our system supports many “real-time” effects such as depth enhancement, NPR, lighting, transfer function, and pre-integrated volume rendering. These techniques helps user to get best possible visualization effect. | en_US |
