dc.description.abstract應用QFD與貝氏決策理論建構新產品開發模式,分析目前Smart Grid網路通訊設備廠之新產品開發模式,如何兼顧過去經驗法則與使用新產品開發模式,在新產品開發過程中,如何在市場中的找到新產品的明確規格以及做出正確的決策以利新產品開發。 Smart Grid的未來潛在市場價值無限,新產品的開發更是百家爭鳴,潛在新產品開發的價值,需要加以分析與定位Smart Grid整體產業鏈,藉此分析區隔出通訊設備廠在未來Smart Grid產業定位與新產品發展之策略。並藉新產品開發之需求要素,加以新產品開發模式分析中,找出新產品的發展定位,分析歸納出通訊設備廠,如何在未來Smart Grid產業中,找到正確的產品定位及其新產品發展策略,分析各階段決策並應用新產品開發模式,提升新產品開發效率與成功率。新產品開發流程包含: 市場調查、產品規格制定、產品軟硬體開發、原型機測試、試產與量產等六大階段,其中以產品軟硬體開發階段的試驗對產品可靠度之提昇尤為重要,因為愈早發掘產品設計的弱點以求改正,促使新產品的可靠度增長,因此評估新產品可靠度成為主要的方向。 Smart Grid產業目前在世界能源通訊市場上屬與成長曲線的萌芽期,而台灣的通訊設備產業繼2000年網路泡沫化之後,已回到產業復甦期。Smart Grid的新產品研發更能與世界能源資通訊產業接軌,新產品在研發整合中的實際應用研究與技術整合研究部分;希望藉由新產品研發的持續投入,使得台灣的通訊設備產業,可以開發新產品並應用於Smart Grid,不但能促進產業升級,更能縮短其開發時程,在產品研發的過程中,正確分析與管理每個決策過程,建立更趨完善的新產品開發模式。   為促進台灣Smart Grid與通訊產業鏈整合與成長,根據Smart Grid產業鏈需求要素與 A 公司的Smart Grid 新產品研究發展策略分析與新產品開發為例,其產品開發前期應用QFD找出最符合顧客與市場期待之產品規格,開發中期導入IBM Rational系統,能有效管理其新產品開發時程,後期則以貝氏決策理論,分析其新產品之標案銷售。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractThis research aims to apply QFD and Bayesian decision theory to construct a new product development model for Smart Grid products. This research shows how we could find the correct decision to create the accurate product specifications and develop a new product for domain market by using a new product development model. Lots of product vendors are already joined in by developing Smart Grid products so the potential value of new product development is to analyze the product supply chain and to know the product position as well. To analyze the product demand from domain market by using the new product development model could create a new product innovation rule for new product development. New product development process contains: Market survey and investigation, creating new product specifications, hardware / software development, prototype unit test, sample run, pilot run and production. Smart Grid communication industry is in the growth stage of infancy market. The new product innovation for Smart Grid will be not only making Taiwan communication industry continually develop new products but also be good for the industry upgrade. It is for promoting the integration and growth of Taiwan Smart Grid communication industry so the case of research is to analyze the new product development model for A company. A company uses the QFD model to find out the specifications closed to customer requirements and it could meet the market demand also. This step is for product initial spec design. When the new product spec is ready and released to R&D, IBM rational will be used to manage the new product development process and also could utilize the R&D resource during the new product development duration. When the new product is released for production, it will use Bayesian decision to analyze the tender sales performance for the new released product.en_US
