dc.description.abstract隨著全球貿易自由化,跨國經貿活動日益蓬勃發展,各項管制逐漸放寬,競爭者增多,使得航空市場競爭更趨激烈。由於航空市場競爭如此激烈,航空業者為保有更強的競爭力,對特定市場必須維持一定的市場佔有率,航空公司勢必要改進營運效率,加強成本控制,以提高承載率與獲利能力。 航空客運市場在長期激烈競爭的情況下,市場成長已趨於緩和。反觀航空貨運市場,全球的航空貨運業在過去數十年間快速的成長。在航空貨運競爭市場中,「增加運輸需求」與「提昇營收管理技巧」為航空公司創造營收的主要原因。航空貨運為提高班機承載率以及獲利能力,需徹底分析影響航班營收因素為何,進而積極研擬改善方案。 本研究以個案公司台北至香港航線某一年度之營收作因素分析(ANOVA),研究出影響該航線營收之因素。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractAir cargo industry has been booming for the past several decades, and it is considered a very promising growth in the future. Taiwan is situated at Asia’s important transportation center, and air cargo service plays an important role in Taiwan’s economics developing. Take Taiwan airlines for example; air cargo business has a growing up ratio of revenue. It is very important to airlines to design an efficient revenue management for their own company. In this research, for the case study for E company, which provide their revenue from Taipei to Hongkong of year 2009 for we to use ANOVA to analysis the main factors which effect on cargo revenue.en_US
