dc.description.abstract在本論文中,我們使用 PET 塑膠薄膜作為基板,利用簡單的半導體製程製作出薄金屬網狀濾波器,並藉由傅立葉轉換紅外線頻譜分析儀來量測元件的穿透頻譜。我們試著解釋在不同波段下,塑膠薄膜對元件濾波效果的影響。另一方面,我們同樣利用PET 塑膠薄膜作為基板,結合微機電製程中的準分子雷射加工技術來製作獨立型的厚金屬網狀濾波器。實驗數據與理論計算,在定性上可獲得一致的結果。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractWe have fabricated terahertz thin metal mesh filter device on polymer substrate using simple semiconductor fabrication techniques. The transmission spectra of the thin metal mesh filter was measured using Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy. We try to explain the influence of polymer substrate property on metal mesh filter in the terahertz frequency range. We also fabricated freestanding metal mesh filter using excimer laser techniques. The experimental data were in qualitative agreement with theoretical model.en_US
