軟體市集之軟體授權管理系統

Abstract

iPhone結合App Store的營運模式帶動了相關行動應用程式的發展。近年各家軟體市集蓬勃發展並且開創行動服務風潮。目前軟體市集平台對應用程式的授權機制薄弱，加上破解方法不斷在網際網路分享，使得軟體市集無法有效處理軟體非法傳遞的問題，不僅開發者和軟體平台收益受損，同時無法吸引更多開發者的加入，因此影響整個行動軟體市集的發展。 本研究從軟體市集的開發者端、使用者端以及軟體市集平台伺服器等三方參與者層面考量並且參考一般數位內容管理中應用程式與許可證分開產生與管理的授權方法而提出軟體市集的授權管理機制。使用者端必須擁有有效許可證以及解密金鑰，確認執行應用程式的合法性。授權管理伺服器必須驗證中介軟體安裝身分、維護許可證和加密金鑰管理安全機制。改進目前軟體市集授權的弱點，防止使用者下載應用程式之後而非法傳遞以及任意向其他人分享行動應用程式的問題以促進軟體市集未來的發展。

iPhone combined with App Store has become a business model driving the development of mobile related applications. This has had the effect on the software market, which in recent years, has been growing vigorously providing and keeping up with the tide of mobile services. Licensing mechanisms available to the current software market are insubstantial with many methods of cracking available software, which are shared on the Internet. The software market being unable to control the high degree of piracy causes it to be unattractive to potential developers willing to join in the development of application for the mobile arena, thus affecting the future and development of the mobile software market directly. This study presents a software license management from the viewpoints of the users, developers and application server platforms, as well as referencing current Digital Rights Management frameworks. User side is given a valid license and decryption key for the use of confirming the legality of any application execution. The License management server must thus verify the identity of the middleware installation, the maintenance security mechanism of the license as well as encryption key management.Eliminating licensing weaknesses in the current software market not only avoids illegal transferring or sharing of mobile applications after downloading but also encourages development of mobile software in the future.
