dc.description.abstract | 為了回應全球變暖化和二氧化碳排放量的問題,臺灣高度發展的3C(通訊,電腦,消費)方面大量積累了知識和經驗,以創造使用綠色科技的競爭力,在台灣國際電動車展的活動中,台灣電動車電池產業展示最新的產品和技術。 本研究應用Porter鑽石模型理論分別從「需求條件」、「生產要素」、「相關與支援產業」及「企業策略、結構與競爭」以及「政府政策」探討兩岸電動車電池產業競爭力。 在有關鋰電池的安全性,電池充電站和電池材料等議題,本研究訪談電動車展的參展廠商。調查的主要結果如下: 1.臺灣較有競爭優勢的是「相關與支援產業」。 2.鋰離子電池的安全性依然是電動汽車的電池產業的主要問題之一。 3.電動汽車充電模式,大部份人選擇插座充電站或更換電池站都能併存。 4.政府補貼將形成不公平競爭。 5.電動汽車的電池產業是在產品生命週期理論的導入期階段。 | zh_TW |
dc.description.abstract | In response to the issues of global warming and carbon emissions, Taiwan has accumulated a vast pool of experience, knowledge and advantages from its highly developed 3C (Communication、Computer、Consumer) which it is bringing to the race to create green technologies.They can show their latest products and EV technologies for the battery industry of electric vehicles in Taiwan International Electric Vehicles show. This research is a competitive analysis of the battery Industry of electric vehicles across taiwan strait using the Porter's Diamond Model to explode “factor conditions”,”demand conditions”,”related and Supporting Industries”,”firm Strategy,structure and rivalry”.They had discussed with exhibitor about lithium battery safety,battery charge station and battery material. The main results of the survey are as below: 1. Taiwan has more competitive advantage in “related and Supporting Industries”. 2. Lithium battery safety is one of main issue for the battery industry of electric vehicles. 3. Electric car charging mode, the majority of people chose that charging spot and battery swap station can co-exist. 4. Government subsidies will create unfair competition. 5.
