摘要: 对于少子女化、未婚率升高情况下,台湾老年人人數一直逐渐增加,九十九
年底65 岁以上者已占10.74%,已成为“老年化国家”。然而老年人已缺乏家庭
资源的照护,亦难以让家中老人居住于昂贵的照护机构,且父母皆忙于工作无法
随身监护小孩的社会现象也将逐渐明显。
本論文实做一个远端预警监护系统, 采用了具有双核心架构的TI
OMAP3530,以Embedded Linux 为作业系统,整合了USB P/T 摄影机做为影像
來源、触控式面板作为显示及输入装置、USB 无线网路模组用于远端連线、USB
藍牙装置取得GPS 定位及电子羅盘。在云端伺服器程式结合了Google Map、USB
摇杆并与远瑞OMAP3530 做资料交换。
本論文并对此可携式产品进行一系列功能测试,其对于一般视讯监控系统具
有更有价值的优点,其具有不规则区域侦测如同电子栅欄,可由云端即时设定活
动范围,并于越区时发出声响事件通知,并以Google Map 追踪其目前位置并经
由摇杆移动观查其周围环境视讯。以及支援了方向及距離导引指示、简讯双向传
送、物件侦测应用于简讯及拍照照片储存于云端伺服中心。
Regarding the increasing trends of low birth and single rate, the population of elderly people is gradually rising in Taiwan. The age over 65 was 10.74% of total population in the end of 2010. Taiwan already has become an aging society. Moreover, a lack of caring resource for elders and high expense of private healthcare institutions have raised the anxiety level for caregivers. Most parents are busy at working and could not pay more attention on their children.
In this paper, we address the design and development of a remote surveillance system for early warning. This system was built on an OMAP3530 of dual core architecture with embedded Linux operating system, which integrates a USB P/T camera as the video capture device, a touch screen as a GUI, a USB Wi-Fi module used for communication, a USB Bluetooth device used for receiving data of GPS and compass. We also use Google map and a USB Joystick in a clouding computer side for communication with OMAP3530.
A series of function testing has been conducted for this portable sysetm. The proposed system is more attractive than conventional IP cameras. It conducts polygon region detection as an electronic fence, and triggers alarms when the target crosses the region. The scope of activity can be detected immediately and set through the clouding server. An administrator also can track the target with Google Maps and monitor the surroundings through video streaming by controlling the joystick. This system also supports the guidance of direction and distance, message interaction, object detection for message and remote photo center.
