摘要: | 企業員工離職轉換跑道或跳糟在業界是時常發生的事件,特別是在經濟環境或者政府政策有重大變動的時候,然而高階主管集體請辭並成立同類型相互競爭公司的情形卻是業界少見。T公司第一時間延攬前公司資訊處長於經營團隊中,其優先掌握資訊科技資源的策略,企業的背後動機與成因令人難解。
在企業成立初期即投入充足資源與預算在資訊科技方面,並且設立專職資訊長職務,許多異於業界的現象是引發研究的動機,而案例G、T公司互為競爭敵對以及彼此的淵源關係,而發生許多資訊安全上的攻防。探討企業在面臨組織環境驟變下,T公司對資訊科技策略佈局與決策,其背後的動機、理由以及所受到的影響因素。
本研究主要以策略管理理論的策略學說來解釋企業在面對組織環境驟變時,對於資訊科技策略的決策制定,以透過詳細訪談的程序與資料整理,找出其背後的形成原因與動機,並說明策略形成過程中,存在的影響因素。而研究所得的結論與發現,希望能提供業界在面臨類似情形時的參考。 It's a normal occurrence that an employee retires or quit, especially in the financial environment or government policies have significant changes. However, the executives quit together and established the same type of company that is rare in the industry. In the first time, company T invite The IT director of the company G join the new team, corporation motivation of first grasp information technology resources are hard to understand. In the initial period, the company allocates sufficient resources and budget on IT, and create position of Chief Information Officer, many are different from the common phenomena caused research motivation. In the case, company G & T are hostile each other, and many information security incident occurs. To research the tactics of IT on significant changes of organization, its potential causes, motivation and impact factor. To explain enterprise tactics of IT on significant changes of organization by Tactical Management Theory, then find out the motivation and reason. Conclusions of the research and found that as the industry reference. |
