我國金融業開發兩岸投資銀行 之策略及可行性分析

Abstract

綜觀近幾年中國經濟之迅速更迭，跳躍式的經濟發展，於法令規範、資本增長、人力素質、技術經驗等各種週邊要素，幾乎跟不上市場發展的需要，再加上快速的社會結構變遷，中國在許多層面上都出現了斷鏈或其缺口的現象。 本篇研究採邏輯推衍之策略分析，以中國大陸中小企業融資問題為起點，探討兩岸資本金融發展歷程及現況，依循大陸經濟規劃及未來兩岸資本市場趨勢為依標，採以SWOT作為分析架構，經由過去三十年間兩岸資本市場間不同之發程歷程，勾勒出其相對之互補性，繼而發展我國投資銀行業務為目標的可行性分析。此外，本文參酌承立平所提出市場(Market)、制度(Institutions)、技術(Technology)即 M-I-T之模式論點，作出歸納，著重於以證券商作為發展投資銀行為主體，論述台灣金融產業於中國大陸資本市場發展中，對於不同情境下所採行之策略予以建議。

This thesis focuses on logical analysis for the capital markets between two sides of Taiwan Strait over past 30years and explores investment banking model and strategies for Taiwan. Financing problems of small and medium enterprises in the Mainland China is a key starting point to explore the capital market and potential investment banking on both sides. The thesis makes use of SWOT analytical framework as basic methods for analyzing the trend development of China economic policy and capital market,. According to Cheng’s M-I-T Model of Market-Institution-Technology, this thesis makes inductive reasoning and focuses on security market as developing investment banking. The discussions on development strategies for Taiwan financial industry facing China capital market are followed by conclusion and recommendations.
