隨後我們將七環小分子DTCC與thiophene(1T)、2,5-bis(2-ethylhexyl)-3,6-di(thiophen-2-yl)pyrrolo[3,4-c]pyrrole-1,4(2H,5H)-dione(DPP)、2-(thiophen-2-yl)thiophene(2T)、2,5-di(thiophen-2-yl)thiophene(3T)、 benzodithiophene(BDT)、benzo[c][1,2,5]thiadiazole(BT)以及 thieno[3,2-b]thiophene(TT)進行聚合反應得到七個高分子PDTCC1T、PDTCCDPP、PDTCC2T、PDTCC3T、PDTCCBDT、PDTCCBT以及PDTCCTT。
In this study, we focused on the synthesis of ladder-type conjugated polymers based on dithienocyclopenta-carbazole(DTCC)heptacyclic unit, and their corresponding polymers. The obtained polymers were fabricated to form the OFET devices to mesure their carrier transport in the ambient condition. The obtained heptacyclic monomer DTCC were copolymerized with 2,5-bis(2-ethylhexyl)-3,6-di(thiophen-2-yl)pyrrolo[3,4-c]pyrrole-1,4(2H,5H)-dione(DPP), 2-(thiophen-2-yl)thiophene(2T), 2,5-di(thiophen-2-yl)thiophene(3T), benzodithiophene(BDT), benzo[c][1,2,5]thiadiazole(BT), thiophene(1T), and thieno[3,2-b]thiophene(TT) units to form seven kinds of polymers PDTCCDPP, PDTCC2T, PDTCC3T, PDTCCBDT, PDTCCBT, PDTCC1T, and PDTCCTT. Among seven kinds of polymers, both PDTCCDPP and PDTCC3T show better performances. The TFT device of PDTCCDPP shows the mobility of 1.98×10-2 cm2 V-1 s-1, on-off ratio is about 104, and threshold voltage is 1.8 V. And The TFT device of PDTCC3T shows the mobility of 1.36×10-2 cm2 V-1 s-1, on-off ratio is approximately104, and threshold voltage is −4.6 V. |
