dc.description.abstract | We applied DMF-modulated glycosylation to 2-deoxy-thioglycosyl donor to construct alpha glycoside with wide equatorial-OH thioglycosyl and 2-deoxy-thioglycosyl accepter, which contain the same leaving group. Used NMR-study to observe intermediate, glucosyl imidinium triflate successfully. Then finished the synthesis of tatrasaccharide which contain 3 alpha glycosidic bonds. | en_US |
