dc.description.abstract我們將二甲基甲醯胺調控醣基化策略運用在2-去氧硫醣予體上,成功與多個帶有相同離去基團的赤道位硫醣受體及2-去氧硫醣受體耦合出alpha醣苷鍵。利用NMR-study順利觀測到中間體glucosyl imidinium triflate。並運用此法成功合成出含有三個alpha醣苷鍵的四醣。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractWe applied DMF-modulated glycosylation to 2-deoxy-thioglycosyl donor to construct alpha glycoside with wide equatorial-OH thioglycosyl and 2-deoxy-thioglycosyl accepter, which contain the same leaving group. Used NMR-study to observe intermediate, glucosyl imidinium triflate successfully. Then finished the synthesis of tatrasaccharide which contain 3 alpha glycosidic bonds.en_US
