dc.description.abstract在新陳代謝中產生、轉變或消耗的代謝物,能反映細胞內動態平衡的過程。在文獻上指出,體內許多代謝物濃度的高低與健康有很大的關係。但是現在卻很少有辦法能夠藉由代謝物來了解個人的每一種生理狀況。因此,統整代謝物數據並有系統地解釋生理狀況的管道是很必要的。本研究試著建立一個功能醫學雲端知識庫,內容記載著許多代謝物臨床資訊,當使用者代謝物的檢測數據在檢驗所出爐後,直接上傳到雲端伺服器透過整合系統分析並儲存,隨時透過上網服務查詢數據以及解析報告來了解自己的生理狀況。知識庫的人類代謝物資訊種類包含礦物質、脂溶性維生素、有機酸、胺基酸、氧化壓力指標以及心血管疾病和代謝症候群的生物標記。從代謝物異常的數據,串聯起來推斷身體的健康狀況及可能發生的疾病,並參考各個項目的改善建議,讓疾病獲得治療或者讓亞健康的人變得更健康。透過檢測能協助醫師全面性地瞭解個體的病因所在,依照個人體質狀況量身訂作有效的治療。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractThe metabolites produced, transformed, or consumed in metabolism, it can reflect the dynamic processes underlying cellular homeostasis. Many metabolites levels of the body are greatly related to health. However, it is rare to understand every physiological condition of an individual by metabolites. Therefore, the pipeline for integrating the metabolites data and systematically annotating physiological condition is crucial. This work establishes a functional medicine cloud knowledge base. After detection, the metabolites data of user will be directly uploaded to the cloud server, then analyze through integrated system and save. Users can use internet to query the data and report for physiological condition. The human metabolites indicators of knowledgebase including nutrient minerals, fat-soluble vitamins, organic acids, amino acids, oxidative stress indicators, and the biomarkers of cardiovascular disease and metabolic syndrome. From every abnormal metabolite data to speculate the state of health and diseases may suffer. By consulting the suggestions of report to cure diseases or become healthier. Physician can according to the report of the analysis, and efficiently set personalized treatment plans.en_US
