dc.description.abstract | 利用三級膦的化合物與不對稱雙炔和醛類進行一鍋化的反應,三級膦會攻打不對稱雙炔上阿爾法位置的碳,形成兩性離子中間體後,再進一步攻擊醛類的羰基,之後進行環化反應,形成伽瑪丁內酯的化合物。經過核磁共振氫譜、碳譜、磷譜、紅外線吸收光譜、質譜和X-ray單晶繞射的鑑定,確認了此產物的正確結構是一個帶有葉立德結構的伽瑪丁內酯化合物。因為此產物帶有葉立德結構,所以可以進一步的進行威悌反應,在日後全合成上必有一些幫助。另外,同樣在三級膦化合物與不對稱雙炔和醛類的一鍋化反應中,發現了另一個未知結構的黃色螢光產物,經核磁共振氫譜、碳譜、紅外線光譜、質譜和X-ray單晶繞射的鑑定後,確定了產物的正確結構為一個帶有呋喃結構的化合物。利用了改變反應條件以及藉由改變起始物的官能基來進行反應,針對反應結果來探討兩產物的選擇性以及其反應機制,成功的提升了伽瑪丁內酯化合物的選擇性。 | zh_TW |
dc.description.abstract | In this study, we used phosphines, unsymmetric diynes and aldehydes to obtain the gamma-lactone intermediates bearing ylide functionality. We characterized these products by 1H, 13C, 31P, IR, Mass and X-ray diffraction analyses. These readily available structures may be adventageous to the total synthesis of molecules having lactone moiety. In addition, in the same one-pot reaction of phosphines, unsymmetric diynes and aldehydes, we found another unknown products. After characterized by 1H, 13C, IR, Mass and X-ray diffraction analyses, we determined the structure of the unknown product with a furan structure. By changing the condition of reactions to investigate the two product selectivity, and discuss the reaction mechanism. | en_US |
