dc.description.abstract | 在IC半導體的技術發展了多年以來, 這個產業也經歷了很大的變化, 數位IC進入者眾, 原本最熱門的PC相關產業, 從重視CPU要跑得多快, 甚麼功能都要有發展來到了極限與瓶頸, 無線寬頻的突破加上相關手持或攜帶式的產品成為主流, 徹底打破這些原有的方向, 將使用者的習慣徹底改變。 要達到很好的使用者經驗, 影音與觸感, 再加上電源管理, 與寬頻的有線或是無線IC解決方案是重要關鍵, 而這些都必須要靠良好設計的類比 IC來達成, 因此造就了近年來類比IC產業的蓬勃發展。然而類比的技術進入門檻比數位IC高, 且需要長時間經驗的累積, 並且推出的時間點也是決定整個成敗的關鍵因素, 因此除了自行開發, 併購就成為許多公司想要快速取得關鍵技術的方式。而在類比IC半導體相關的公司中, 也因為併購而發展出大者愈大的狀況。 然而並非所有的併購都是成功或與原先預期的目標相同, 因此本研究即採用競爭力分析方法中的SWOT分析, 從內部核心能力與外部市場等面向, 透過問卷訪談的方式, 來檢視個案類比IC半導體公司在併購之後的市場競爭力如何。 分析的結果發現, 該個案公司大體上的確發揮了「併購的整合綜效」, 值得其他公司參考與借鏡。然而亦有部分表現欠佳的地方, 希望能給該公司未來改善的空間。 | zh_TW |
dc.description.abstract | With so many years' technical development on IC semiconductor, this industry has proceeded in a big change. Huge of "Digital” IC players came in. PC related business used to be the hottest field for IC semiconductor. How fast on CPU used to be the most important factor, and the criteria on functions were also as many as possible. But now, they all went to the limit and barrier. The breakthrough in wireless broadband with related hand-held or portable products become mainstream, completely broke the original direction, and this also changed the user's habits. To achieve a good user experience, video and touch, plus the power management, and broadband wired or wireless related IC solution is the key, but these must rely on a good analog IC design to achieve. This creates the analog IC industry to flourish in recent years. However, the barriers to entry analog IC technology are more than the digital ICs, and requiring a long accumulation of experience. And introduction of the point in time is also key factors to determine the success or not. In addition to their own development, many companies want quick access to key technologies by mergers and acquisitions. And through mergers and acquisitions, now many Analog IC semiconductor companies develop the status of the larger, the greater. However, not all mergers and acquisitions are the same as the originally anticipated target. Among several competitive analysis methods, this study applied Weihrich’s SWOT analysis. From the internal core competencies to external market environments, by means of questionnaires to view how the iii market competitiveness of this analog IC semiconductor case company after the merger. The results of the analysis on this case company did play the "M & A integration synergy in general, which worthy of reference and learn from other companies. However, some other poor performance, hoping to give the company room for improvement. | en_US |
