摘要:   全球無線通訊產業在電信自由化,無線通信技術快速發展及行動寬頻網路風潮的驅動下,加速了行動通訊、寬頻以及各種加值服務的推廣。   其中由智慧型手機所帶動的行動寬頻市場,在手機和相關服務的結合下,讓移動通訊影音需求迅速增加。除了智慧型行動裝置外,家庭多媒體亦是趨動這個產業的重要因素。以電視為中心的數位家庭概念,逐漸成形,所有的裝置間靠無線裝置來連接,且由於通訊技術的進步,使其連上雲端亦不成問題。   個案公司啟□科技,以無線通訊技術為其公司的核心能力,作無線通訊技術的多角化發展。其產品線從最遠距的衛星通訊,中距離的行動通訊,到短距離的無線網路,含蓋了大部份的無線通訊領域。且其公司的業績,在過去十多年,每年都有亮眼的表現。   本研究希望藉由分析啟□科技的成功要素及其持續競爭優勢,對台灣製造代工產業,提出一個可以借鏡的方向,且將分析的結果,提供給相關企業以為參考。
Global Wireless communication industry is driven by the liberalization of telecommunications, the rapid development of wireless communication technology and the popularity of smart phone and its services. The smart phone, which combines mobile phone and related services, causes the rapid increase of audio and video needs in short time. In addition to the smart phone devices, home multimedia is also an import factor in this industry. This is the result of TV-centric digital home concept equipped with all the devices communicated by wireless signal and link to cloud. WNC, with wireless communication technology for the company's core competencies, is diversifying its development for wireless communications technology. Its product line ranges from the most distant satellite communications and mobile communications to the short-range wireless network with a large part of wireless communications. Therefore, WNC’s performance excels the past decade with the impressive and substantial progress annually. This case study illustrates the critical transformation by analyzing WNC's key success factors and sustainable competitive advantages. It aims to offer Taiwan's manufactured related industry some viable suggestions and hopes others can use the result as the reference in the future.
