摘要: | 本文旨在探討兩岸直航後我國貨櫃港口面臨之定位課題與發展因應對策。根據相關研究及統計資料顯示,兩岸直航為台灣貨櫃港口在船舶靠港頻次和貨櫃量帶來直接效益,然從整體大環境來看,實對我國國際貨櫃港埠之發展帶來隱憂,因此本文就大環境發展現況以及兩岸海運直航協議,認為直航後我國貨櫃港口將面臨以下五大課題,分別為:(1)台灣港口貨櫃運轉減弱;(2)與大陸間港口競爭加劇;(3)兩岸航運發展受制於非市場因素頗大;(4)兩岸航運市場不利於國際航商發展;及(5)港口營運管理日趨複雜化。為提升我國港口持續競爭力,就兩岸直航後所面臨的課題,本研究近一步據以提出『以勢導利、扭轉局勢』的因應對策,並就各發展狀況草擬因應對策,以作為研究出發。 The purpose of this paper in exploring the cross-strait direct flights, positioning issues and development of China’s ports are facing countermeasures. According to the research and statistics show, the cross-strait direct flights to Taiwan container port in the ship direct benefits depend on the frequency of port and the container capacity.However,from the overall environment of view,the development of China’s international container ports worry that this article on the environment development of the current situation as well as cross-strait direct container port in China will face the following five topics are as follows:(1)China port container transshipment weakened.(2)Competition with the mainland port.(3)The development of cross-strait shipping is subject to non-market factors considerable. (4)Cross-strait shipping markets is not conducive to the nationality of shipping companies to develop.(5)Port operations management has become more complicated. Sustained competitive to enhance China’s port on the subject of cross-strait direct flights are faced with it.This study further to propose that a potential guide,to reverse the situation,the response strategies, and on various development status of the drafting of response strategies to study. |
