dc.description.abstract利用三個分支線耦合器和三組由適率的PIN二極體及四分之一波長轉換網路組成的 切換線路,實驗顯示可作成一具有45°、90°及 180°移相位元的移相器,45°及90 °位元操作在99至109 億赫(GHZ)之波段範圍,其電壓駐波比(VSWR)小於 1.6O,介入損耗小於2.5分貝,且相移誤差在±5°,然而180°位元則具較大的損耗 與較小的頻寬,仍須進一步的改善。zh_TW
