dc.description.abstract	本論文首先針對在各種區組設計上的Fisher不等式進行研究，如t-區組設計、可分解設計、以及2s-區組設計，這些不等式利用關聯矩陣為出發點，以線性代數為工具予以證明。其次討論一些區組設計，如2s-區組設計，3-(10, 4, 1)設計，以及3-(2k, 4, 1)設計。我們也以區組設計的性質、強正則圖、以及正交陣列為例，來說明如何利用二次函數的技巧來推導出一些組合性質。	zh_TW
