dc.description.abstract天然型(S-form)託品酸是許多副交感神經抑制劑之基本酸結構,市面上買不到天然 型之託品酸,因此我們利用價格低廉且容易獲得的,具有左旋之苯丙胺酸(L-Phenyl alanine )為起始原料,先轉變成帶有易脫離基團之化合物,然後行加溶媒置換反應 (solvolysis)賞溶劑選用酸性強且親核力大之三氟乙酸時,雖然得到託品酸之化學 及光學收率都很高,可惜卻是非天然型之託品酸。當選擇酸性度弱,親核力強之乙酸 為溶劑時,卻不見託品酸之生成。若採用性質介於二者之間之甲酸來反應,當有大量 鹽類存在時,則可生成天然型之託品酸。zh_TW
