dc.description.abstract利用ROBINSON-SCHOPF 反應,以□喃(FURAN )為起始物,製備託品酮(TROPINONE )10後,經由立體選擇性之還原合成託品(TROPINE )3,再與由苹甲醛(BENZAL DEHYDE)經修飾STRECKER方法所製備之苯乙胺酸(PHENYLGLYCIN)8進行脫氨基反應 (DEAMINATION )所合成之扁桃酸(HOMATROPINE )2進行酯化,而完成后馬託品( HOMATROPINE )LE之合成,並製成藥用的后馬託品氫溴酸鹽(HOMATROPINE HYDROBRO MIDE)26。 並由后馬託品之全合成,提供具類似結構之藥物,如東莨菪鹼((一)SCOPOLAMINE )LA,曼陀羅素((一)HYOSCYAMINE )LB之成訊息及可能模式。zh_TW
